‘Write hard and clear...
...about what hurts,' as Hemingway said. How can we write poems dealing with 'the hard stuff' with courage and clarity, without mawkish sentimentality? We'll look at formal and experimental approaches – taking creative risks in a supportive, enthusiastic writing community. Please bring work in progress and be prepared to write fresh material.
